STEPS FOR DOING ONLINE PAYMENT

Dear Borrower, pay your EMI in simple steps

Step - 1

Enter Client ID

Step - 2

Enter Voter ID/OTP and submit to fetch the
client and loan details

Step - 3

Verify the details populated

Step - 4

Select “Payment Type” as per the wish and
click on “Pay”

Step - 5

Checkout page will open on Third party Payment
Gateway with four options: Debit Card, Net Banking,
UPI, select relevant payment mode to
complete the transaction

Step - 6

Transaction ID shall be generated after successful
transaction, save the Transaction ID generated for
future purpose

Transaction ID shall be generated after successful transaction, save the Transaction ID generated for future purpose

Note:

Refund shall not do, once the amount is successfully adjusted to customers loan account If amount has been debited from customer’s bank account and the transaction is confirmed as successful by customer’s bank but not posted to customer’s loan account, then, it will take 3-5 working days to investigate the issue and found not credited, BFIL shall take 10 to 15 working days for refund to remitters account.
